The project must include:
- An explanation of the problem being solved and resons why it is important issue
- Scope and objectives of the project
- Literature survey explaining similar research in the field, and current state-of-art techniqus or approaches applied in the field
- Explanation of the proposed approach
- Results and discussion
- Advantages and disadvantages of the approach
- Direction for future research.

The projet proposal typically consisit of
- Introduction
- Selective literature review or Problem Statement: This section of your proposal conveys how the existing literature relates to your proposed project. A selective literature review will identiy the current state of knowledge in the topic addressed by our project. Your review should generally address issues of context as well as content. You should critique and synthesize the literature as it applies to paritcual population groups as well as particual problem areas and issues. Your overall emphasis in this review should be on the speciic issues that your project will address. For the topic which is new or which none has done before, a brief statement about the problem that the researcher needs research and analyze, has to be made. This section will also include a brief statement to describe why the project is important and what you will address in the project.
- Goals and objectives: These are statements of the intended outcomes of your project. These intended results should be stated in such terms as "increase knowledge" and "imporve skills", "modify attitudes" and so forth. Your statements about expected outcomes should not be confused with statements about tasks that you will perform in accomplishing your project.
- Scope and Limitations: This section will describe the scope of the project and what is the size of the sample. The charactersitcs of the sample size will be specified in this sectio including the limitations of the project in any possible areas.
- Methodology: You should identify the specific procedures that you will use to achieve each of the project's intended outcomes and discuss your rationale for your approach.
- Proposed Schedule: This should include milestones for completion of key tasks identified in your methodology section. It is important to establish realistic milestones, since you will be accountable for managing your project in accordance with the time lines in proposal.

Other Useful Notes
- Progress reports should be prepared and submitted to the advisor periodically.
- Normally, the presentation date will be held in the 3rd week of the 4th month of the semester.
